Using the camera on the Galaxy Tab is very well explained here. However, each version of Android/tablet may have slight variations in the buttons.
Once you have taken your photo you can do a number of things with it, such as editing it and sharing it.
You can also have your tablet automatically synchronise your photos with your Google + account.
Google+ is a social network that builds off of your Google Account. If you have a Google Account, you can activate your Google+ account as easily as you would activate Google Now. At first, it seems about the same as Facebook or Twitter, importing contacts and assigning them to circles — Google+’s version of lists. After that, you can add curated circles for your particular interests, entertainment, news, sports, etc. That said, the first big difference is that Google+ isn’t reliant on any of those real-life contacts you import. Google+ is for: connecting you to other people who are interested in your passions, rather than a place to share personal family and friends type information.
- Open the
Photos app.

You can of course choose to share your photos with any number of other people/platforms according to what youhave set up (such as Flickr)
Using video and sending sharing it.
Your camera is also a video recorder. You can publish your videos on YouTube for the world to see. Once you have made your masterpiece simply view the video and choose to share it. Because you have a Google account you automatically have a youtube account. Simply choose YouTube as the sharing option. The first itme you do this Google will ask if you want to create a YouTube channel. This is your personal TV channel where you put up your videos. People finding your channel can then see all your videos. However, you can set the privacy level, meaning that you can make it available only for people you give the link to for example.
