Chairman’s Report:

A positive year with numbers holding up, although a dip was observed towards

the latter end of 2017 autumn term.

Treasurer Report:

There were fundraising events that contributed to the finances. The Barmby Moor Kids Club

closed following which the Trustees invited applications for grants. The club was awarded

£1000.00 towards onward development.

Final balance for 2017 stands at £3043.77

2017 Officers stood down – Secretary took the Chair.

Officers:

Chairman: Proposed NCE Spencer, seconded J.Toes that Jim Fletcher be elected .  Agreed

Secretary stood down.

Secretary:  Proposed J.Toes, J.Fletcher, seconded that Nick Spencer be elected.       Agreed

Treasurer:  Proposed A.Anderson, seconded A.Tennant that Janet Toes be elected.   Agreed

New position of Press&Publicity Officer. It was proposed by J.Fletcher that

B.Emmison be appointed. Seconded by J.Toes                                                             Agreed
