Although there are many different functions you can use in the cloud, on an android probably the best integrated and most useful is Google Drive.
Our first job will be to install google drive on the tablets. On many tablets it may come pre-installed. Check that the version on this tablet is up to date.and then open it. You may be presented with an introduction presentation (3 slides). and it may give you some helpful prompts.What’s in your drive at the moment?
Your Google drive is associated with your gmail account which enables the synchronoisation of files between devices using that account. The files are not stored on the tablet until you mark them as being available offline. Press and hold a file for the quick info menu. Press the “i” for full options. Adding an account to Google Drive
You can link your google drive to more than one google account – one at a time. This means for example that you could have an account for work and an account for personal use.Simply tap on your exisiting email address on the left hand menu icon within the drive app. Once set up you can switch between accounts.
