Samsung provide an app on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 called Help.
Going through each of the different options teaches you the basics of your tablet. If you choose the menu option it lists all the different topics it has help on. These are the essentials that you need to understand!
Samsung is also making great claims for its app store – note however that some items such as Polaris Office work better if you download them from the Google play store(?).
You can look at the apps from your tablet through the Galaxy Apps icon or you can look at them from your computer.
