MINUTES of LAST MEETING:

The Minutes of the meeting held 24^th. October 2019 were read. BF proposed and AT seconded that they were a true record. All agreed.

MATTERS ARISING:

• Banner – NS to assist BE with putting the Pocklington Church banner up on Wedneday 5th.
• Beginners’ programme. A topical guide that covers the basics for new members. BE & LG agreed to put this together
• Cally Trust – BM was able to advise that the Trust has granted the Club £300 towards two new tablets
• Christmas Fayre – collected £12 in very poor weather conditions. Thanks expressed to BE for all her efforts.
• Spring Term dates to confirm: Half-term 20^th Term ends 9^th April
• Archive Minutes to Secretary. CS handed over the Big Lottery material to NS for archiving.
• Treasurer reports that work on the Register is on-going
• ‘Do it Digital’ – Secretary to contact Barclays / Age UK / BT / Amazon / E Buyer to see if they will supply speakers.

SECRETARY’S REPORT:

• Average attendance for last term was 18. Maximum has been 22.

Summer Term dates: 30^th April until 21^st. May then 4^th. June until 9^th. July

CS to lecture on 21^st. May

• Magazine ‘LINK’ – Agreed to continue with the annual subscription being about £90
• Treasurer absent – 17^th. May until end of June
• Easter Raffle – 9^th. April
• LG to purchase two new Huawei Tablets once the Cally Trust money has been received
