A browser is a program which allows you to access the world wide web.
There are many different browsers you can use on an Android device such as Dolphin, Chrome and Firefox.
The Samsung browser works very similarly to all other browsers.

Bookmarks
Tapping the bookmarks flag brings up 3 tabs, Bookmarks, History and Saved pages. Each of these may be available on your device, or on any of your installed accounts on the device.
